Seller Prepare takes your request and coordinates services with approved and vetted venders in your area. Seller Prepare has no additional fees to the seller. Quotes and billing is passed through Seller Prepare for seller approval. 

Seller Prepare has partnered with several banks to provide financing based on the home owner creditworthiness.  We facilitate the coordination of service quotes with the loan application.  Seller Prepare adds a small markup to the quotes to cover bank processing fees based on the bank program chosen. Loan terms very by program with some set as interest free for 12 months and listed on closing documents. Contact us for more information.

Don't want to apply for a loan? Seller Prepare will defer the cost up to a limit based on the equity in the home. With Seller Prepare being repaid after six months or closing.  For more information or to see if your home qualifies submit a request or shoot us an email no obligation.
